Mapseagrass provides a cloud based service and a tool for mapping seagrass beds.

Seagrass Mapper is a cloud-based tool for mapping seagrass beds using satellite images and field based information. Seagrass Mapper is constructed on Google Earth Engine and it can interactively map distribution of seagrass in coastal waters.

Seagrass Mapper interface consists of Seagrass Trainer and three panels: a “panel for setting analysis parameters,” a “panel to show a map,” and a “panel for result output”. Seagrass Trainer is used for uploading field datasets to train Seagrass Mapper.
